This series of products are alumina-rich spinel-based neutral dry vibratables made from high-alumina corundum and high-purity magnesia as the main raw materials. The product features good thermal shock stability, high-temperature strength, erosion resistance, and spalling resistance.
Corundum ramming mix uses white corundum and magnesia as the main raw materials. Corundum possesses excellent high-temperature performance, volume stability, and resistance to metal melt erosion. Magnesia-alumina spinel not only has good high-temperature performance but also provides excellent thermal shock resistance and erosion resistance. The particles use multi-stage grading, formulated as dry material and mixed uniformly, which shortens the drying and sintering cycles.
Users can directly build the furnace without stirring. Its characteristics include non-stick slag, no cracking, no failure when damp, convenient furnace repair, and erosion resistance; it particularly improves furnace life and significantly enhances economic benefits. The raw materials are high-purity with reasonable grading and resistance to rapid cooling and heating.
